About to crochet this monster into the rainbow blanket.

One of the reasons that I really love this brand of yarn is that you get varying thicknesses, bumps here and there, and that it doesn't actually have plys to it.

This acrylic mimics natural fibers, works up like a silk blend, and is super soft.

Most people would probably cut this giant thing out, though. It's by far the largest I've come across, but I see it as a challenge rather than a problem.

If you want things to be perfectly made, don't make by hand or buy hand made.

If you want a unique piece with the imperfections that make it unique, make it by hand or buy hand made.

Finger is almost back to normal (it's hurting less). B has today and tomorrow off. Cosmo has a urinary tract infection and will likely be going to the vet today or tomorrow.
