Malala

I'm sure most you you will have heard about Malala Yousafzai, the girl that was shot in the head by the Taliban, well when we were in Edinburgh today, we passed by a Church that was a large mural of the girl with one of her many quotes written beside it.

This church has often had some controversial pictures painted in the past for all to see and ponder, but I liked this one and especially her words beside it. 

It has been amazing what one young girl has been able to achieve as a result of standing up to those who tried to suppress her.

Long may she continue to have such a positive impact in the world around her.
