Elegance

I've blipped our little garden skinks on other occasions, but I have a great fondness for them

I love the elegant way they position their bodies - like a super model, so very flexible along the spine.

They are a great addition to the garden, eating all sorts of unwanted stuff like crickets, moths, slaters, earthworms, flies, grubs and caterpillars, grasshoppers, cockroaches, earwigs, slugs, dandelions, small spiders, lady-beetles, ants and many other small insects, which makes them a very helpful animal around the garden.  It's as well, because we have a huge population.

So long as they keep their cotton picking jaws away from my Monarch 'pillars I'm happy.
