Classic and a legend

Dad is the legend, he grew the tomato. It's big, fleshy and has real flavour. I brought some of his home grown tomatoes back with me and they're nearly at an end.

Boo hoo!

The classic part is the combination of Vogels bread, avocado, tomato, ground black pepper and salt.

I've caught up with yesterday's blip and I'm nearly sorted for my weekend tramp. All going well we'll be tenting on the Main Divide, the spine of the South Island of NZ tomorrow night.

Can't wait :-)

All a far cry from this time last year when I'd broken my foot.
