Frozen......

......& I'm not referring to the Disney movie, although this could very well have given them some inspiration for some of their scenes!  :))
The Lake is the background in this picture of the chain links that surround the observation platform. It's been so frigid & so windy the past few days that as the waves crash over the edge of the platform, any water left behind turns to ice, coating everything it lands on--the observation deck, the rocks, the plants, the chain fencing--& the entire area becomes covered with unbelievably beautiful ice sculptures!
The sun was out for most of the morning, but it didn't help the temperature one bit!  We're at 7 degrees (F) with a wind chill of 15 degrees  below zero, & standing on the observation deck with the wind coming off the Lake, I felt every single chilly degree of it!!  :)
