Healthy

Had a healthy and colourful evening meal. It was impossible to take an outdoor photograph today. After last night's storm came today's rain and although I was working in beautiful and normally very photogenic East Lothian getting out of the car to take a photograph was out of the question. A pity, but another time. So here's tonight's roasted vegetables. Looked good and tasted good.
