Blip-A-Ewan 10...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I try to get them on the same date of each month (the one year ago thumbnail has proved a brilliant tool for this series) and in the same pose so that I can see them change over time.

This is Ewan's first non-assisted Blip-a-Ewan. In the last 2 weeks he has learnt to sit un-assisted by cushions, couches or baby seats. I always felt sorry for him either having to lie on the floor or in his bouncer, giving him limited views of the world. It's quite lucky this has happened as we've started to notice that Sushi may be getting jealous of him and started actively seeking out his bouncer to pee in. We've had to make sure we take time for her as well but that's a different story.

So far, aside from the rolling around the floor, Ewan doesn't seem to be making much head way in the crawling or walking games. We did worry that his broken leg incident may have set him back a bit but he is starting to work out what his legs and feet are for. He has, as he does with a lot of things, inherited Bethany's 'hang from a door frame' bouncer. Up until a couple of days ago, he just hung in it but has started to work out that he can move himself around using his legs and feet and does a rather wicked crazy feet dance whist in it. He can also slightly hold his own weight when holding onto to someone by the hands.
