Seagulls at Ardmair

Stormy day in Ullapool today and then the snow started. On the way home we braved the weather for a quick blip at Ardmair Beach - famous for the evenly shaped stones and pebbles. It must be something to do with the particular pull of the tide and the shape of the bay.

The seagulls were wheeling around the shore all day so there must have been something of interest for them there.

Homeward through the snow and a houseful of visitors...
