Wind under plastic

Yesterday was wind drying the washing, today it is wind in the fields.  The plastic coverings are already out to warm the ground ready for planting.  I rang the bells this morning before the church service and then returned home to get some housework done.  In the afternoon I slipped out for a drive round the fields.  It was colder today and the wind was biting.  Back home now for a rest before going on to my daughter-in-law's.  She has kindly offered to cook me a meal.
