Running Progress

Found some time to look at yesterday's XC results this lunchtime after a quick Sainsbury's curry.  Really delighted with my progress this season going from being in the top 74% of female runners back November to finishing the top 50% yesterday.  All that hard work is paying off!  I think I'm going to miss all the mud when summer comes, but I'm also really looking forward to after work daylight and cycling in the sunshine :)
