First snow

After the dreichness of a wet winter last year and the start of this one, the appearance of the snowy hills today made up for the raw wind and underfoot slush.

I no longer feel the enthusiasm for snow that I once did - too likely to break something if I slide incautiously - but it does look beautiful over the sodden field to the hills above Glen Massan.

And yes, you've seen this view before.
