Watch the birdie

I finally got him, even though he was sitting on this street light instead of his usual sign post! he wouldn't turn round to face me but he did look round when I made a noise and I was able to get his profile in this shot.

I have no idea what kind of bird this is so if anybody has a clue, let me know. Not the best picture as the light wasn't great and I've had to crop it a wee bit as the layby wasn't really close enough to his perch.
