Violin boy

This one loves his music and is very serious when he is playing. He also gets very frustrated when he doesn't get it right, that we will have to temper as it leads to stress for everyone.

I went swimming with school today. Thankfully the pool was actually pretty warm and I didn't catch pneumonia. Other than that Wednesdays are uneventful as we have nothing after school.

The girls came out of ballet yesterday saying they were learning a dance for a junior bronze medal exam for the next exams on the 1st March. However today I had an email from our principal about something unrelated, but she said that sadly Carys is too young to do it. You have to be 8, so she is two and a half months short. In the principal's words "It is a shame because she is more than capable of doing it. " I told Carys earlier this evening, thankfully she took it very well, I thought we might have had a melt down on our hands.
