My four toed friend

There are some interesting people living in Arnside and here is one of them. He guards the gates of a house which I pass two or three times each week.
With his sword at the ready he looks like someone you should not provoke. If you do he will no doubt join forces with his partner who is on the other gate post. Indeed his partner may be jealous at not being blipped and he may appear at some time in the future.
Seeing these two reminded me that it is a long time since I read some Tolkein.
