Air Quality Control

Spotted this today on the way to work, it was strapped to a lamppost by a road at about 2 metres high.

I think they maybe air quality monitors, I should have spent ages underneath breathing heavily to try and change the results.

Beautiful cold night, was going to capture the moon as it rose but was busy coaching the girls.
