There has been quite a remarkable contrast in the weather today.
Liz came over and we headed over to Ilkley on the train in sleet and greyness for a quick cafe stop. During lunch the clouds parted and we enjoyed a blue sky sunshine walk via the Cow & Calf and stone circle. It was about then that we saw a whopping great cloud heading in and it wasn’t long before we were in a full on blizzard heading over to the hut.
We all had a huge amount of fun. The sheep kept away until the last part of the walk so CJ could be off the lead with Bessie, haring around catching double snowballs from Rich.
Today is a day when I would like to post a blue sky and a blizzard!
