Ramp .....

..... running.


It's been a busy day at work for me but I managed to force myself out in to the cold for a run along the river.

I stopped off at the skate park to take a quick photo on top of one of the ramps. It was fun trying to run across icy tarmac, up a slippery metal ramp and strike a pose in the ten seconds before the timer starts the exposure. This was my second attempt as I forgot to put the camera on timer mode on the first attempt.

I then spent until midnight doing housework and crashed out in bed without spending any time online so have posted this on Sunday. So today's blip is .....
