Sara's Crack

Yup, that's the real name.  This is a 'Slot' like canyon near Lake Havasu City, AZ.  It's located on BLM Land, about two miles from the trailhead.  This particular section has a 12-14 foot drop that has a knotted robe you can use to wall walk it down.  Pictured in the image is my hiking buddy from Fort Collins that now lives in Havasu.
