Lake Havasu City Balloon Festival

This picture is from the second morning launch of the city's 5th annual Balloon Festival.  The pilots of the hot air balloons showed off their talents by maneuvering their balloons down in front of the famous London Bridge to tap the water and then lift up again.  The Balloon in the picture would move about 100 yards away from the balloon before kissing the water ever so gently.
