MonoMonday Challenge #45 .....Middle .....

........ my contribution on the subject of '' middle '' for the MM Challenge today - hosted wonderfully (again) by Skeena.

A belt goes round your middle.
When done up the buckle can be in the middle of the belt
The bar sits vertically in the middle of the frame.
The prong extends outwards horizontally from the middle to go through the holes in the belt.
The chape extends outwards (in the opposite direction to the prong) in the middle to hold the other end to the belt.
Oh ..... and my subject is in the middle of the photo!!

For more fascinating info about buckles (and I am not being sarcastic) try looking here.  Who knew, eh??

This is a belt I bought for Himself years and years ago in North Africa and the leather is a beautifully dark glossy brown whilst the buckle is silver.

Heading off on my ''mission'' in about an hour ...... and it looks very frosty and cold out there!!  Brrrrrrrrrrrrr. Back on Tuesday evening.

Thank you very much for all your wonderful comments, stars and hearts on my sunrise shaft of light yesterday.
