The waiting game!!!

I'm attempting to do a largish piece, 16" x 10" using some of the images i took at Peggy's Cove the other day!!!   I've just done the under painting using pastels that have been washed over with solvent, sort of like turps without the odor!!!   I love the spidery webbing that happens in a very uncontrolled manner....i'm gonna leave them and see if i can preserve some of them.   now i have to wait about 45 minutes for it to dry......"drumming fingers impatiently"......might need to have a wee nap!

Had my first swim of the new year...the pool has been closed since late December...so i had a fabulous 1/2 hour in the pool, followed by a soak in the hot tub!

Milder temps today....and very overcast.
