As I was taking this blip a gentleman came up and told me all about this sculpture . It is called Fulcrum by Richard Serra and stands  in Broadgate  next to Liverpool st Station . I have passed it many times when going to catch the train home and Im not sure if I like it or not , .It is very big and rusty ,
