heart healthy challenge: day 7 of 32

I biked for a 1/2 hour at the gym this morning before going to work! It's my first full week biking every day and today it was finally easier mentally to get myself to the gym : ) The first 20 minutes of the workout were a breeze, but the last 10 minutes were definitely a struggle.

This past weekend was a 3-day holiday weekend, which of course is wonderful. For the most part today at work went well, but I do wish I had a thicker skin! Fortunately it isn't until now (7:15pm) that I'm beginning to feel tired (I was a bit concerned that the morning workout may have been too much for me).
