Little White Bull

We sped up the mighty Mekong river on a speedboat setting off at dawn and arriving in Phnom Penh at lunch time. It's a long way and included a short wait while our visas were prepared.
The scenery was more rural and the river seems cleaner as you get out of the Delta. Again there were lots of boats and fishermen and women going about their business. Every little farm has an irrigation pump and pipe leading up the river bank to water the crops. We saw rice and sugar cane among others. There were lots of these beautiful creamy coloured cattle by the river and in the fields.
It's 30 degrees C here and a dry heat so we are going to go and have a dip in the hotel pool.
