Anyone lost a wing?

What an amazing day weather wise again today and for the weekend too I think! Saw this feather hanging on the gorse on the side of a lane. I had to climb up onto the bank and position myself awkwardly to get it just right. I'm rather pleased with it!

I can see why some people think of angels when they see white feathers. This one looks like it got caught on the gorse whilst the angel was getting out of a tight fix! ;-)
