Dawn

I suppose the one thing in favour of this time of year is that you get to experience the dawn? Otherwise it's far too early to be anywhere on my radar. Except when we were whale watching in California , the dawn was something to get out of bed for.
Anyhow, dawn in Cumbria happens when the sun reluctantly shows his face, or as here more often hides it behind the nearest cloud lest we should get burned.
