Ensco 101

6.0C starting with frost then with a few clouds and mostly sunny.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went through to Arbroath around 9am and had our walk round the harbour. It was very frosty. The lock gate to the inner basin was closed so we were able to walk right round. The dredger Shearwater was berthed in the outer basin.

After lunch we went out for a walk. Down to the shore road then down to the beach at Westhaven by the road bridge over the railway. At the back of the beach we could see the platform Ensco 101 escorted by the tug/supply vessel Sea Lynx and tugs Dalmeny, Strathdon, Silex, and RT Magic heading slowly into Dundee.
