Deep Red

6C with a frosty start becoming dull after a wonderful sunrise. Breezy.

The sun was only just beginning to colour the sky over the sea when Maeve the Deerhound and I went out before 7am. It was still quite dark.

After Apothecary7 set off for work at 8am I wandered up the road to towards the church and took some pictures. As I stood there near the big fence post with the hole in the top a deep red colour developed under the clouds. I was very glad I had gone back out.

After lunch Maeve and I went for a walk. We went down the road to the shore and back home via the main road that heads out of Carnoustie. Just for a change. It felt quite raw in the breeze.
