Monte Bianco...

...since we were still just in Italy!
On the ridge higher up today,  on the way to La Rosiere again. Haven't really blipped a mountain panorama this week, and it's not often you see Mont Blanc without his hat on! ( had to be from the phone again - haven't even tried to get them chatting today...).
Lovely day out, though a bit nippy at -12... One of the linking lifts was closed as we headed back, which scuppered our plans for a couple of runs on the other side of La Thuile. We found a newly opened lift though, so even on our last day covered new ground ( and the croque monsieur at lunchtime was delicious too! ).
Safely back down black No2 to the village for the last time - now Roy is cooking while I pack. Early start tomorrow - will catch up as and when...
