I've been messing about for about an hour whilst watching Coast, but to be fair I've been dedicating my time to that rather than being creative.

In other news I've been a bit absent again recently, but I've been trying to stop smoking (a week now) and I've been grafting like a Japanese Prisoner of War (a happy one).

Congratulations to Chelsea as well for the Champions League win last night. Good news for English football when the first three players interviewed from the winning team were Gary Cahill (England), Frank Lampard (England) and Ashley Cole (England). Bring on the Euros!!!
