Huge Anti Theft Lock

Scooters are a much stolen item in Holland - and probably not only here but also in your country - so many buy an additional lock as supplement to the factory lock.

In this case the owner invested in an extra big anti theft lock, but I just fail to see the use if he or she uses this pole to lock it to ;-))

Might say something about the IQ level haha.
