Extremes

I think the extreme heat and the drought conditions are affecting some of the local trees. These huge Moreton bay fig trees are quite old and well established but today I noticed they were losing an awful lot of their leaves!

The weather is going to continue in the extreme for the next six days or so. Temperatures will be hovering around the mid to high 30's during the day and it won't drop under 20c at night!!

Today we only went outside for very short walks as it was too hot for the little dog...and me!!
