Abandoned

Derelict Thursday
 
If I use the definition of derelict – abandoned, as by an owner – then I think this qualifies. This land, just off our local track, has over the years become a dumping ground for old farm implements, machinery, gates etc. Things get left and then are not touched again. I often take photographs of the hills from here and carefully avoid the junk. But today it can have the limelight. It looks marginally better covered in snow than it usually does! 
 
Proper snow fell in the night and this morning. But it is now sunny and it is thawing fast.
