Not Another Seascape!

Well, yes! When you live in a part of the UK furthest from the coast you do tend to gorge yourself given the opportunity. The other reason is that landscapes in Funchal are more difficult to achieve; the place does have a lot of hotels and everywhere out of town is up (and I mean UP!).

We almost got landed on by a parascender in the late afternoon while we were sitting outside our room. He skimmed the roof of the apartments, turned and landed on a small patch of grass between the hotel and the cliffs (no camera, I need shooting).

Technical: a 2 stop ND grad, 2 stop ND filter and a circular polariser was used to increase time to about 30 secs. All processing done in Lightroom Mobile.
