18th Street Cat House

I’ve watched this immobile R/V Conversion van settle into the ground for the last three years.
Recently, I noticed a ramp connecting the access port in its side to the semicircle of tree sections beside.
I believe this ramp allows a cat, or cats, easy access to the interior.
I wonder how that works out for the cat, or cats.
