Lyndhurst

Packed this morning, had some lunch, then set off for the New Forest.  Checked in to the Stag Hotel in Lyndhurst, and had a little wander around the village, starting at the Tourist Information centre (to suss out a walk for tomorrow).  Lovely place, and we then stopped in at a really lovely tea café - 'Tea Total.'  Felt like a couple of philistines ordering a coffee and a ginger hot chocolate, but the staff were lovely and non-judgemental ;)  (They also make a fab coffee and hot chocolate!)

Had another wander in the other direction just before it got dark, and found some beautiful open land on the edge of town, with ponies wandering about.

Had a delicious meal at Anissa's Thai Kitchen in the evening, then went back to our hotel for a couple of drinks.
