Birdlife

An unintended lazy morning this morning - Lottie seems really tired and under the weather at the moment. Roll on spring when I am sure we will all feel better. We did manage to get the homework finished at least.

It turned out to be a good decision as the sun came out this afternoon. We got wrapped up and had a walk round Pugneys. It was a bit different to usual, we took a slightly different path to usual thinking it would bring us back round to join the main route again........but it didn't. We ended up walking through a couple of boggy fields and back to the road! Madam wasn't impressed!

We did walk past a tree which had been laced with fresh fruit to feed the birds though, and once the noisy child had walked on a bit further a couple did come back. I didn't dare move forward or start fiddling with my shutter speed but this one hasn't come out too badly.

Once again the weekend has flown by - still got to do a bit of ironing ready for the working week and the joys of month end :-(
