5k test

Tonight our novice/IM3 crew did a 5k test - bit of a shock to the system!

I beat my PB by 5 seconds which I was really chuffed by, but gutted I got beaten into 2nd place by 0.3 seconds!

That said - me and Rob (who beat me) are about 7-10 years older than the rest of the crew, so we feel pretty good!
