Mono Monday 53 Spirit

I found this week's MM challenge theme  really quite - well, challenging! Spirit offered a number of choices quite a lot of them in my drinks cabinet but in the end I decided to opt for spirit in the sense of the essential nature of a person.
My image is a page from a book of quotes by Gandhi, a figure that I have long admired since my teens and this is one of my favourite of those quotes.  I purchased this book in 2006 in from the Gandhi Memorial Museum in  Madurai, Tamil Nadu on my first visit to India, a trip which had a great impact upon me personally.
