Fae Pod

First full day back in Houston today and we had a few chores to do.  Shopping, getting signed up for medical insurance etc.  As such I did not have much time to find a blip but around early afternoon I popped into the garden.  The seed pods on all the Red Oleanders had opened.  I took about 10 shots of them with the Macro lens.  Shots 2 through 10 were perfectly exposed, but in the end I was drawn to the very first one I took.  It was very sunny in the garden and so the picture was a little overexposed.  However the ethereal quality it had I thought was appealing.  Like little golden fairys bursting forth.
