B..lanket

Finished this blanket last night  I have made it for friends it is supposed to represent their family tartan colours.
We attended their fathers funeral today. He was escorted in by a piper of the black watch and a member of the British Legion carrying the Kent standard. A very fitting and moving send off for a very special man.

Spent the evening out with five former reception friends at a delicious Indian restaurant.
