Rock cliff in the big dig

Today I installed a piece of rubber rock.  This neat product is made by Cripplebush Valley Models  (http://www.cripplebush.net). It is a perfect size - 23 inches by 6 inches.  Very flexible so you could form it into an arc if you wanted.  It can be cut to shape with scissors and hot glued in place.  You can see some carved styrofoam on either end to continue the ridge away from the stone face and the "hole".  Once everything drys in place, I can go in with Sculptamold and fill the spaces between the rock and the styrofoam, and cover the styrofoam.  The scuptamold also will go unto all the surfaces in the gulley, but not on the brown squares where the bridge supports rest.

When that is all dry I can come back in and paint everything with several layers of washes to tie everything together.  Hopefully looking something like the photo I blipped earlier.
