Bright Star

Bright Star is the name of this angel figurine, of the very popular Willow Tree line.  This was a gift from Laura and Mustafa a few years ago. Working on my macro shooting when I am unable to find anything else interesting. 

This morning we had a going away party for our Pastor Marilyn.  She came out of retirement just over a year ago to  be an interim pastor for us until we found a new permanent pastor.  She has been delightful.  Quite unconventional.  Our new pastor will be starting next week. 

I waited in line at the car wash for 25 minutes this afternoon.  Everyone's cars were so dirty from all the salt on the roads after last week's storm.  Apparently Sunday afternoon was the time to get them cleaned! 

The Grammy's are on tonight.  I don't know very many of the artists any more but they are still fun to watch.  Another weekend quickly gone.
