"But I am no card player"

I had to quote Anne Elliot in Persuasion after receiving these Jane Austen playing cards from a friend in the United States today. 


Mr Collins and Lucy Steele are the jokers naturally. Elizabeth and Darcy the King and Queen of Hearts. And there are quotes galore from Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Emma and Persuasion. 


I may not be a card player but I do love this set of cards.
