THE HAPPY FEEDING PARTNERS...

.... been a miserably wet and humid day, so into a few jobs on the list!!!

Had a surprise visit from the lovely grand daughter (always good fun) and as she was leaving spotted this rosella (with it's mates) feeding on the gum nuts in the neighbours gum tree. 

We have not had many of these wonderful birds around for awhile, so really good to see. Some info here on the good ole WIKI if you wish.

As I was taking a shot one of them took off like a low flying jet plane!!

And then the cockatoos must have seen what was on for supper so my Blip is this shot of the cockatoo and the rosella enjoying each others company.
