Le Verdon, France

We move down the river from Bordeaux to a tiny place called Le Verdon on the Atlantic Coast, before the ship gets trapped in the city by the receding tide.

These little fellows give you some impression of the extent of the tides here.

Tomorrow, another day at sea (yes!), and then Southampton, and home.
