Roses red as can be...

Valentine roses for Peggy, sent to her work a day before valentines, OK turns out to be Friday the 13th this year but at least it bucks the commercialisation that you'll see everywhere on the 14th. Also, a letter left by the roses for when she wakes up in the morning. No card, no chocolates just written words of love and romance.

My thought for tonight is that it doesn't matter if it's the 13th, 14th or the 25th of whatever month it maybe, it's always good to remind someone you love them no matter when, perhaps even when commerce makes it easy for you.

Oh and if you are short of a few greenbacks then a pen and paper and a few words from the heart can make that special person in your life give you the little smile you fell in love with.
