Twedding Venue Revisted

We are back in Holland House Hotel in Newport Road in Cardiff. It's been a little while. Two and a half years since we last visited on the anniversary of our wedding in fact.

People quite often laugh at us when we say we holiday in Cardiff, but we always say, how much of Cardiff do you actually visit when it's right on your doorstep. The answer is usually not a lot! Wed always do it as it is chance to have a wander around the city without worrying about parking costs or time restraints. It's very relaxing and you see the city in a completely different way.

Mum and dad dropped us off at lunch time, and stopped and had lunch with us. We wandered into town in the afternoon just to stretch our legs.

We found a wonderful Italian restaurant by the Old Arcade for our evening meal. It was one of the nicest anchovy pizzas I have had outside of Madeira.

Not a bad start to our three day break ...
