'Baby you're a firework
Come on, let your colours burst..'


Blushing prettily even after all this time my lilies are still singing to me to blip them. 

Rather like an exploding firework shooting skywards with six stamens (one for each petal), topped with vivid orange anthers bursting up out of the centre of the flower laden with pollen. Lovely.

The plural for stamen is stamina - something which has been seriously lacking in me today for some reason. I think everything over the last weeks is catching up with me. Early night called for!!
