I know the name of this plant ... but no idea how to spell it! Cyonansis?!

Very tired today ... struggle to get out of bed. Its an amazingly hot day ... sad to be stuck in the office.

It's Dad's birthday today ... I sent a card (a lovely photo of Mac), but haven't heard from anyone from home for a while. Its sad not to be able to get in touch. Mum had a doctors appointment yesterday. I'm assuming she didn't go.
